Privacy policy

This policy explains how we collect, use and store the personal information you send us through the NUANS website.

What information we collect

We only collect what you send through the booking form: your name, organisation, email, phone number, event date, venue and message.

How we use the information

We use it only to reply to your request and agree on the details of the event. We never sell or pass your information on to third parties.

How long we keep it

Once your request has been handled we delete information we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Third-party services

The videos and home pages embed the YouTube player in an iframe. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), so YouTube does not store cookies on your device until you play a video. Once you play it, YouTube's privacy policy applies.
